it has been an incredible summer!
Our epic adventure in Peru brought us back refreshed, full of new ideas, super happy and grateful to be back in the fold of what a member recently dubbed “The Fitness Family” way of life.
And a way of life it has to be!
Exercise is an integral part of our daily lives, and by making it fun it becomes not a chore or a duty, but a pleasure.
You all know how good it feels to exercise together in small groups like we do.
It has been shown that group exercise enhances your effort, you enjoy it more AND work harder.
